Warranty Policy

All new devices sold by Zamn Mobiles carry the warranty stated on the product page — typically a 1-year official UAE warranty honored through the brand's authorized service network or through us. Accessories carry the manufacturer's stated warranty (e.g., 18 months on Anker products). To claim, contact us on WhatsApp with your invoice number. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, or software modification. Genuine service-pack parts for repair shops are tested before dispatch and covered against dead-on-arrival defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

In line with UAE consumer protection regulations: sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Opened devices can be exchanged within 3 days only if defective. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories and the invoice. Refunds for COD orders are made by bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Screen protectors, opened earbuds (hygiene) and installed spare parts are non-returnable unless defective.

Shipping Policy

We deliver across all seven Emirates. Dubai: same-day or next-day. Other Emirates: 1–2 working days. Delivery is free on orders of AED 200 and above; a AED 15 fee applies below that. Cash on Delivery is available UAE-wide. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch. Remote areas may take an extra day.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: name, phone number and delivery address. Order details sent via WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except delivery partners fulfilling your order. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) may collect anonymized usage data to improve the site.
